Linden City Schools

My goal as superintendent is to work with a group of individuals to create a shared vision and goals for our schools based on a set of core beliefs in which our school community can commit.

The vision that I have for each school within the Linden City School District is there will be an increase in student enrollment, funding, and the amount of rigor in academics, which are conducive to meeting and exceeding the standards set by the Alabama State Department of Education.

I am excited and honored to serve the students and parents as the Superintendent of Linden City Schools. I must also acknowledge the tremendous support provided by our school systems staff and students. When we work as a unified team putting students first, in the pursuit of increasing knowledge and improving well-being, amazing things will happen.

We acknowledge that the collaboration between parents and educators is essential to our students' success, so we encourage parental involvement. We also appreciate the citizens of Linden who continuously display a commitment to education and high expectations, which encourage our pursuit for excellence.

We believe that through a shared commitment and thoughtful planning based on data, coupled with a strong accountability system, we can build on a great educational system that will allow our children to be the best that they can be.
